For example, the other 37 (or more) tower blocks were left out of display models etc.... And now the project developers have been asked to re-submit. Many in Penang view the PGCC traffic implications as disastrous. They also put PGCC alongside the five or six very similar projects in Penang and ask: isit all necessary?
